Raffle prizes and auction prizes are an excellent addition to fundraising events because they help you raise more money for your charity. In fact, guests expect to see raffles and auctions at a charity ball and they look forward to seeing the various prizes they can bid for and win.
Raffle Prizes
We can source and create raffle prizes suited to the needs and requirements of the charity, and to match the charity and the interests of your audience. We can be incredibly creative, but below are some examples of the more popular raffles prizes we can and have sourced and created for fundraisers.
For example, we have created Peterborough United Football Club (POSH) themed football hampers, which work really well if this is something your audience may be interested in.
If you are unsure of your audience or the right raffle prizes for your events, then we can discuss this with you or create raffle prizes that are suitable to a wide range of audiences. For example, we can offer Cheese and Wine hampers with cheese, wine, grapes, chutneys and crackers.
Alternatively, we can source and create a Pamper Basket raffle prize which includes chocolates, wine, lovely bath bombs, soaps, bubble bath and other relaxing bathroom treats to enjoy some down time and a pamper. A raffle prize like this works really well at a Ladies Night but is very popular at charity balls and community events too.
We can also source and create chocolate and sweet hampers aimed at the age of the audience; for example a children’s party fundraiser, old fashioned sweets, retro sweets and similar. We also have the connections to source vouchers if you have something in particular in mind, such as a meal out, beauty treatment, hairdressers and similar.
Auction Prizes
We can source a wide range of auction prizes to suit any budget, audience or charity. If you have something specific in mind we can work to that. This can include things like track days, wine tasting experiences and brewery tours for example.
In the past we have sourced auction prizes such as a Villa in Cayman Islands, a 3 night stay in a restored medieval B & B in Bovino, Paintings by well-known local artists, signed pictures that have been difficult to get hold of by the charity, a road bike, signed football club shirts and more.
